Who is responsible
MoreMagpie is operated by Drew Wakefield-Pearce, who is responsible for your information. For privacy questions or to leave the waitlist, email hello@moremagpie.com.
What joining means
You give us permission to email you about MoreMagpie early access and occasional product updates. Your optional answers help us understand what people want to build. Neither joining nor answering commits you to a purchase.
We use your consent for the waitlist and its optional answers. You can withdraw it at any time without affecting how we used your information before that. No confirmation emails are sent automatically.
What we collect
Your email address, your signup permission and its wording version, when you signed up, and any project idea or willingness-to-pay answer you choose to share. Please leave out confidential details and sensitive information.
Our hosting and spam-protection services also process technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure service for this limited processing.
Who handles it
Netlify hosts the public page and receives, stores and screens waitlist submissions for spam. Only authorised MoreMagpie administration can access the signup list. Contact emails are handled through IONOS and forwarded to our monitored Gmail inbox, provided by Google. Cloudflare manages the domain and DNS.
Some providers process information outside the UK, including in the US. Netlify's data processing agreement sets out its safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and the UK transfer addendum. You can contact us for more information about our providers and safeguards.
We do not sell your details, use them for other projects, or send your answers to AI models. There are no automated decisions about you.
How long we keep it
We review the waitlist after six months and remove inactive registrations after twelve months unless you renew your interest. If you leave, we remove your signup information and keep only the minimum record needed to respect your opt-out. Contact correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve your request and meet any applicable obligations.
Your choices and rights
Email hello@moremagpie.com to leave, request a copy, correct your details or ask for deletion. You can also ask us to restrict processing, object where we rely on legitimate interests, or request a portable copy where that right applies. Future update emails will include a way to opt out.
If you have a concern, please contact Drew using the address above so we can respond. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
No tracking extras
This page adds no advertising trackers, analytics cookies, file uploads or user accounts. Fonts and illustrations are served with the page. The unfinished MoreMagpie application is not part of this public waitlist.
